Throughout my 16 year career in Independent Senior Living, I have discovered the greatest passion and compassion for our country’s richest history. It is such a pleasure to be surrounded by individuals who show such a zest for life and who live each moment to the fullest.

It is our desire at Sierra Regency to be inspirational and dedicated to each of our residents and encourage them to live life to the fullest. We pride ourselves on excellent services and our compassionate team members.

I see firsthand how quickly our new residents realize that our community’s environment allows them to feel at ease and gives them the ability to thrive. It is an exciting time when our residents start meeting new friends, building new relationships, discovering new hobbies and attending new social functions that they didn’t realize they would enjoy.

It is so fulfilling to know that every day I have the opportunity to touch someone’s life. There is nothing better than being in an environment where I am surrounded by our amazing residents and dedicated team members. You can feel it in the air from the minute you walk into our community, it feels like home.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to touch those lives that need us the most. We will continue to do our best and create environments that allow our residents to live life to the fullest.

Trevor Huber
Office Manager

Trevor was born and raised here In Sacramento, he moved away for college and traveling. Starting working at Sierra Regency in 2017 as an overnight concierge. He started as office manager in June 2020, making his own. Trevor is responsible for handling general management, bookkeeping, payroll and oversees HR for Sierra Regency. When he’s not working he enjoys living an active lifestyle and adventuring and traveling to new places. His calm and approachable deadener helps day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Noreen Barnett
Life Enrichment Director

Noreen started working in January 2018 at Sierra Regency as the Life Enrichment Director. In this position, she plans activities in and out of the community for the residents. She also supports them in their daily group activities such as water aerobics, cards, and board games, putting and exercise. One of Noreen’s favorite things to do is finding and booking entertainment for the residents. With her background in classical music and musical theater, she enjoys bringing new talent to the community. She has also been busy finding local professional and amateur theater productions for the residents to attend. If asked about her job here, she says that all the different jobs she has had in her life led her here to this one. You can often see her walking through the halls planning the next trip or decorating for the next holiday or season.

Clarence Johnson
Maintenance Director

Clarence took on the Maintenance Director position and is excited to be a part of the Sierra Regency family. He loves the warm energy he gets from the residents and his co-workers.

Eddie Sanchez
Executive Chef

Eddie is the proud father of 2 and a husband with 35 years in the restaurant, casino, and hotel business. On November 14th, 2019 he took on the Executive Chef position. Eddie is excited to work with the residents to improve their dining experience. He enjoys the kindness and friendship received by everyone at Sierra Regency.
Eddie’s goal is to make Sierra Regency dining the best experience ever for the residents. “I enjoy working here, it is the best place I have ever been assigned.”

Marketing & Community Relations Director

I started working at Sierra Regency in 2019 as a concierge. This gave me a good understanding of how the community runs and how to assist the residents. As Marketing Director I have the privilege of walking alongside future residents and their families to make their new journey in life easier. One of the aspects of my job that I admire is that I get to bring positivity and kindness to others every day and represent our beautiful community.

I am a bonus mom, auntie to many nieces and nephews, and a dog mom of 2 crazy pups. I grew up in Grass Valley and we moved to Roseville in 2008. I love being able to work in a place that feels like home. I work closely with all departments to keep our community in the best shape possible to provide the luxurious and dignified lifestyle that our residents deserve. I look forward to meeting with you!

Concierge

Hello, my name is Maria, I was born in Mexico and raised here in Roseville, California. I’ve been married for 24 years and have 3 children. I also have 4 dogs (1 German Shepard, 2 Poodles, and 1 Chihuahua) I enjoy walking and hiking with my dogs, and I also love spending time with my family on my days off. My favorite food is any kind of Italian pasta and my favorite to-go drinks are coffees from Dutch Bros. or Starbucks. I have 8+ years of experience in assisted and independent living. I am excited to be here and look forward to meeting you all!
